Tino is a fancy and kind 2014 bay gelding that catches everyone’s eye.

He is a fluid mover, with a kind disposition. Even though he's not a tall horse, he’s very athletic and has the build of a full-size horse. He will make a great arena or ranch horse. His full brother, Tuff Vaca Rey, is also consigned to the sale.

We started Tino ourselves. He’s been brought along right, and took quickly to being ridden. We think he’s an ideal prospect for a junior rodeo, calf or heel horse – nevermind an outstanding ranch horse for someone looking for a tough, willing to work smaller gelding. Current on vaccinations and deworming.

His dam is Shiney Vaca Reina, a palomino mare from the Black Rock Ranch in Idaho that is now a part of our herd. She is sired by Vaca Rey, a fancy son of Smart Little Lena and Autumn Boon, whose show career prematurely ended due to an injury. Vaca Rey is a full brother to Wild Thing DNA ($109,558 earnings) and Boon A Little ($18,404 earnings); and his dam is Miss Shiney Cat, a daughter of the legendary Shining Spark. Tino is sired by PC Tuff Dual, a grandson of Dual Pep (NCHA $307,384; progeny earnings exceeding $25 million).

We’ll be adding updates, photos and videos so check back before the sale.
