Take Care of the Land, and the Land will Take Care of You

Whether or not the rains come, the land remains. And the land matters at Long Pines Land and Livestock. “The ground is a living part of the ranch,” says Deb Brown. “Not only do we raise horses and cattle, we raise grass, too. And alfalfa. We have about six inches of topsoil that’s keeping us from starvation and we need to take care of it. So, we do.”

With one of the largest Irish Black and Irish Red herds in the world, get cutting-edge genetics for your registered or commercial herd at Long Pines Land & Livestock.

A great horse doesn't just happen. Long Pines starts with legacy and contemporary bloodlines known for their cow sense, athletic ability, speed, trainability and try. Its the ranch life that makes the difference.
